• Find Your Tyre Size. Your tyre size is located on the sidewall of your tyre, and is a series of numbers, then possibly followed by 2 numbers and a letter (see the diagram on the homepage).

• Once you have done this, enter the numbers into the box and click Find My Tyre.

• A list of results will be shown.

• Choose the tyre which you would like to buy, select the quantity from the drop down list and click Add.

• The site then adds your selection to the basket, located in the lefthand column, towards the top. From here you can choose to view the basket contents or proceed to the checkout.

• If you are ready to pay, please click Checkout. You will then be asked to enter your email address, and if you have shopped with us before, your account password. If you are a new customer, please leave this box blank.

• You will then be asked to select the destination of your tyres, please select the appropriate option from the dropdown list. Please then type in the postcode that your goods will be delivered to (if this is different to your billing postcode, you will be able to edit this on the next page).

• The next screen shows the shipping service allocated.

• The final screen from our website is where you complete the order form with your billing details, delivery details (if applicable), your telephone number and your agreement that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions (until you check this box you will not be able to proceed with the order). You can also specify if you would like to join our mailing list and if you would like to be emailed when the Order Status page on your order is updated.

• When clicking Make The Order, you will be taken to Protx's secure area to enter your Credit Card details. Protx use 128 bit encryption and their servers sit between our website and Streamline (our payment provider) for authorisation of credit card details.

• The form is self explanatory, please make sure that you check that your credit card details are correct before submitting, otherwise the request to validate payment will be rejected.

• Finally, if all has gone OK, you will be transferred back to our website where a success message will be displayed. You will then recieve 2 emails, 1 from ourselves confirming your order details and 1 from Protx confirming your payment.
