Delivery Information

After your order is completed, your order is normally dispatched to you within 3 working days. We are (at present) completing 95% of all orders and delivering them the next working day, however this not guaranteed.
We use Nightfreight as our priniciple courier, with some deliveries being handled by ANC. |

All deliveries attempted by Nightfreight and Anc must be signed for, there are no exceptions. This is for security reasons. We can only deliver to the registered card holders address or well known place of work, however we reserve the right to
to refuse to deliver to any address, without giving reason.
Please also check your postcode with the table below to see if your delivery area attracts a surcharge. This surcharge has been put on us by the courier company, and we have been forced to add this on to any delivery fees we charge. The surcharge is not automatically added to your bill,
a member of our team will contact you to clarify that you accept the surcharge and it will then be added to the final bill.
Please also be aware of the following conditions:
- Tyres Damaged in Transit: Details of any damages caused by the courier must be forwarded to us on the day of receipt
- Items Missing from Delivery: Details of any tyres missing from the delivery must be forwarded to us within 24 hours of receipt
All damages and shortages should also be indicated on the delivery drivers signature sheet. The best practice is to sign the sheet and then write UNCHECKED underneath it.
