Delivery Information

After your order is completed, your order is normally dispatched to you within 3 working days. We are (at present) completing 95% of all orders and delivering them the next working day, however this not guaranteed.
We use Business Post as our priniciple courier, with some deliveries being handled by Nightfreight. |

All deliveries attempted by Business Post and Nightfreight must be signed for, there are no exceptions. This is for security reasons. We can only deliver to the registered card holders address or well known place of work, however we reserve the right to
to refuse to deliver to any address, without giving reason.
At present we can only deliver to mainland UK. Deliveries to the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will be subject to a surcharge, please call us on 0845 260 9112 before placing your order.
Please also be aware of the following conditions:
- Tyres Damaged in Transit: Details of any damages caused by the courier must be forwarded to us on the day of receipt
- Items Missing from Delivery: Details of any tyres missing from the delivery must be forwarded to us within 24 hours of receipt
All damages and shortages should also be indicated on the delivery drivers signature sheet. The best practice is to sign the sheet and then write UNCHECKED underneath it.
